I know there is no quick way to do it. but what is the fastest way?

Answers:
Cardio. Run, walk, bike, whatever you can do to get your body moving and your heart rate up. Don't worry about weights or anything if you just want to lose fat. Weights only build and tone muscle, the fat will stay there. As for diet, I've always believed that it's never good to go on a diet to lose weight (I've lived with an anorexic, and I've seen what happens when it gets out of conrol). A diet cant be just a temporary thing you do until the weight is gone. You have to change you're entire diet, and change it for good. Try cutting out sweets, soda, anything with refined sugar. Stop eating all the fast food (if in fact you do eat fast food). Don't eat more than you need. Eat to live, not just to eat.

I'm not sure what the best one is, but its definetly NOT the Atkins diet.

Walk as much as you can, drink lots of water, eat fruits & vegetables, stay away from starchy foods, anything white, bread, potato's, rice etc. also a good exercise is getting on your hands and knees and lift one leg up & out @ a time it is great for toning your butt.
