There IS no "actual" height or weight. That's why doctors use what's called a "growth chart" to track your progress as you grow. You'll notice that on a growth chart, there's a wide range of heights and weights that are considered "normal". Need more info on this. It all depends on how tall or short you are. Not to mention if you are of stalky build or a skinney guy.
When my brother was 19, he weighed 235 pounds, but he worked out and was 6'2. His was mostly muscle mass. Do you work out or are you just on the heavey side?
There are alot of variables in determining weight.
