Scars from body acne on shoulders. How do i get rid of them?

For the past two summers I've gotten really bad acne on my shoulders. How can I get rid of the scars? Also, I noticed that my back is kind of hairy. I mean, it's not bushy. it's fine hair but I can still see it and I don't like it. Any ideas?
