how can i prepare my own milk bath at home?

Question:
i am not sure if i can use fresh milk to do it. thank you.

Answers:
Yes you can but you will use powder milk. You can also use real honey. Other ideas for baths:

Instead of filling the muslin bag with herbs fill it with bran, and if your skin is dry, add to your bath a bit of olive oil or a bit of milk, or if your skin is oily, add some lemon juice and tea made from empty lemon rind

Milk bath - add about 1 cup of powdered milk to a tub of water, or for a Milk & Honey Bath, also add 1/4 tablespoon of honey.

But there are products that combine the two but here is a couple of links that maybe helpful.

milk bath? i have not heard abt it!!

Yep, use any milk you like, fresh or not.

I have never used fresh milk. I used the powder milk mixed with epsom salt and scents like lavender, rose, euchliptus, spearment etc.

Here is a recipe.
2 cups dry powdered milk
1/2 cup Epsom salts
1/2 cup baking soda
6 drops rose scented oil
5 drops vanilla scented oil
4 drops lavender scented oil
4 drops lemongrass scented oil

In a large bowl, combine the ingredients above and then transfer to a decorative jar. Play with the amounts and types of scented oil until you find something you really like.

Also make great gifts!
