yes! mouth wash is very affective. it helps kill plaque and prevents gingivitis. it also helps your mouth stay clean. Alchol in the mouthwash is what cleans it, so getting a kind with no alchol is just a waste of money.

i would suggest equate mouth wash and gargle you can find it at your local drug store or wal*mart
