wear something like a dark blazer over a light colored shirt and matching pants. reason im saying light colored, is because you dont want to be too flashy, but you want to stand out amongst the others.

have your suit jacket on until you go into the room and then take it off. Wear black heeled shoes and make sure they are polished!

I would wear business casual -- do you have a nice pants suit with a jacket? I would go conservative pants/jacket with bold shirt under the jacket. Flat shoes or low heels. It was always a safe outfit for interviews for me and these days pants are acceptable for women. Good luck!

make sure that u look sharp, clean and intelligent on ur first interview cuz the 1st impression sets the rest of ur work life there.
what u might wanna wear. hmmm a black suit(pants and a jacket) with a white shirt in it with bladck heeled shoes would look nice. also make sure ur hair is nice and tight or have it straightened(blowned).
also if u don't want to wear a shirt u might wanna wear a black or white strapless or thin strapped tops in the jacket and mkae sure u have a compatible necklace but not too shiny or attention seeking.
if u don't wanna wear pants u might wear a stretch skirt with a jacket again with either a shirt or a top.
also make sure that ur nails are done too. also I believe on a first interview wearing a closed shoe would be better than those showing toes.
