what should i take to lose weight.its very hard for me to lose weigh.cause ive in cs before with my 2 children

excercise is the best and safest way to lose weight, althogh eating one meal a day will work for a quick loss of weight for maybe 3 or 4 weeks, after which you can alter your diet to maintain the weight loss its a simple fact if you use more calories than you are taking in you will lose weight; if you do diet you might want to take a multi-vitamin to ensure you are getting a good supply of vitamins and minerals.

it is rather hard to lose the weight after having children. i have 2 kids myself 12 yr old and 19 mo old. i've always been skinny though but after 2 boys and being 33, my metabolism is slowing down.
i plan to cut down on my carbs intake, sugar and im going to start running after dinner or in the morning just around the neighborhood. good luck

What should you take? I wouldn't take anything. It seems people are too quick to search for the answer in a pill. Eat healthy, and exercise regularly. The key is that it is not about losing weight. It's about being healthy. If you can make the changes to do that you will be able to lose weight and keep it off.
