Answers:
I think you should just boycott the mental "health" system and refuse to take any medication whatsoever. There is no scientific test to assess that you have a "chemical imbalance".

I did have panic attacks back some years ago and I found a very useful exercise to get rid of it. The G-Force exercise. Fighter pilots have to master this exercise to keep blood up their head when they experience high G-Force during fligh manoevers.

I tried it out and it really works good against panick attacks, it also gives you power over panick attakcs and you don't need pills.

The G-Force exercise is simply to crips each and every muscles in your body as hard as possible. Your Abs, your legs, your arms. You must make your muscles as hard as possible and keep them hard as long as you feel that the panic is threatening you.

This keeps you in control and keeps the panic in check.

Once you have this control, you will panic much less in the future because just the feeling of being in control alleviates a lot of panick.
