is it normal for you to feel sorry for yourself?
Question:
Answers:
yes but not all the time as this will led to depression
Other Answers:
If something bad happens to me, I feel sorry for myself for like, a day. And that's if something REALLY bad happens. Otherwise, no. It's a waste of time. It doesn't do any good. And when you feel sorry for yourself about piddly stuff, it annoys everyone around you.
I think lots of people at one time or another feel sorry for themselves. If this is on a regular basis, you could be depressed and need medication.
I hope so! I think we all do it! Sometimes you forget how good you really have it and begin to think you are the ONLY one experiencing this or that. single, sick, overweight, poorer than you'd wish, with an old car, bored at work - WHATEVER it is in this crazy life that can get us down.
You just have to make SURE to pull yourself OUT of it! Hang out with some people you love, who love you back. Go for a good jog or workout. Listen to your favorite song. Watch a movie with a happy ending. Eat a bowl of ice cream. Sit in the sun.
Life can be so good! We just have to choose it! (But wallowing every now and then is CERTAINLY okay and natural!)
why is this question on men health
Everyone has bad days. If you are having these feelings for two weeks or more--every day for two weeks or more, you should talk to a doctor or counselor about it. You may have depression.
Well, yes i guess if you think something bad has happened to you. But other than that, if you think that you can get attention from it, than no it is not normal. And when someone has been rude or un spoken to me, I just ignore them and walk on to what is better in life than feel sorry for myself when someone has been rude to me. It is better to have fun than feel sorry for yourself.
It is very natural for someone to feel sorry for thyself; however if it tends to last for more than a day or two I would get some help.
Yes, but chanel those feelings to a positive way to make your life better.

Me.
This is very normal. If something happens to us and it wasn't what we wanted to happen then we usually feel sorry for ourselves. We feel that no one else knows how it feels to have something bad happen, but guess what WE ALL DO.
yeah,it's very normal.
some people seem to think so, I don't pity myself, I pity my friends though.
