ok,,this is what you do first join a gym. you have to eat 5-6 times a day ,,mainly made up of protein. you must work each muscle group to burn..and go heavy ,,not at first slowly work your way up to it keep a log of what you do ,,you will see the gains you make you will be happy when you see it on paper..little by little you'll grow musclemass. but you must keep it up

My brother used to be that way but soon he developed and now he has big muscles and hes strong. Try to eat a little more. just be happy you don't get fat. that's a problem for other people.:)
