what are some good exercises for the exercise ball?

Crunches on the ball are awesome and really flatten tummy.
Hip raise. lay flat on your back on the floor with calves on the ball raise hips holding in tummy and butt to form a straight line from knees to shoulders 0\_ kinda like that .LOL

One good one is to lay on your back, but the ball in between your legs and squeeze. The raise your legs up and down slowly. Do about 3 sets of 8 and work up to 12 or more.
