Other Answers:
try a pumice stone when your feet stop having open sores. this will get the dead skin off and then buy some lotion by camille beckman. you can find it at hallmarkstores, it has made my feet baby soft.

Find a good lotion, cleanse the areas, apply alot of moisturizer, put the areas in plastic baggies,Ziplocs, overnight. I used to do it after working outside in steel toe boots year round. It works.

Constant moisturization and plenty of fluids, make sure you keep you and your skin hydrated and you may need to check the types of shoes you wear, those can affect your feet.

try aveeno lotion - I find it works best as it also has oatmeal in it - also try soaking your feet in an oatmeal solution for comfort and moisturize, moisturize, moisturize!

have a bath. use palmers coco butter. Butter, not lotion. rub it in. Lots of it. put on socks and go to bed. repeat for a week.
G'luck

I dont really know what that is my mom has it she got some stuuf I think from the doctors but nothing works they said they dont know what is wrong with her,

Intensive care lotion, similar to Vaseline

Dryness of the feet can cause sore cracked feet, you can avoid it by using creams , use a Pumic stone to remove dead cells . Don't forget to moisturize it before retiring to bed .
In the same way avoid detergent to wash dishes, otherwise ware gloves to minimize the risk . Use hand creams , or Vaseline after washing dihes. Dint over soak your hands while bathing. And dint forget to moisturize if before bed.
You can use a house hold tip to overcome rough hands, apply a mix of olive oil and suger(or honey) rub it till the suger melts, this will soften your palms. Get a pedicure and manicure done twice in a month.
