i have an acute sprain of my right wrist..are my fingers supposed to go numb?

Question:

Answers:
They can do, if you have cause tendonitis as well with your sprain. Get it checked out though in case the swelling is impinging on a nerve.

Other Answers:
no.that indicates there's probably a deeper problem on hand (no pun intended, sorry!).you should go to your doctor to have it checked out and probably x-rayed

i would say that if you have kept your hand and arm in the same position for a long time it is possible to feel tingling. try moving around a little bit and see if that doesn't help
