Try desenex cream. It's an anti fungal cream. It also comes in a spray, but the cream works best. It used to be cheap but I had to have my pharmacist order it, and it cost about 12$. It works best when they are first noticed. The burn shouldn't last more than 1hour. Leave it on overnight. Good luck, cause the doctor will want to burn them off.
