Answers:
Low self esteem and depression go hand in hand. You need to make a list of everything uyou like about yourself, and everything you hate.
for example, are you smart, sensitive, good business sense? This should give you a basis to start at.

Think of solutions to the things you hate, and tackle them one by one! Why do you hate them? is it actually you that hates it, or your peers?

You are Unique, and you need to find what you are good at.

Get involved with a hobby, try a sport, volunteer somewhere. This will giveyou PURPOSE. Learn to cook well, and enjoy preparing healthy meals. Take a class! (you dont have to tell anyone about it!)

Some people can never get a "built" body, no matter how hard they try, or whatever steriod they take. You should try a different way to tone and build your body. You more than likely will excel at a sport such as running, Martial arts, cycling or swimming. These suit those with "whippy" skinny people!

How proud would you be to boast, i know martial arts, or i am in our local cycling team, and to be able to face people with confidence? How many of those body builders have reliable friends, or how often are they actually nice people? Usually all they have is a serious dose of "im better than you, im bult, therefore you arnt worth my time?" THINK ABOUT IT!

cheers.

Well first of all you should quit smoking. That will only make your health worse and it's not attractive at all.

Then you need to stop comparing yourself to others guys. You are who God made you. If you want to take steps for better health then do it. But don't try to change your appearance or be hard on yourself because of how you look or how big/small you are. None of that really matters. What's on the inside is what counts.

Dude, it's okay. You'll live. And just go at the pace you want to at the gym. Just keep on working on it and eventually you'll see an improvement. When that day comes, your muscle mass will skyrocket.

Maybe try getting a personal trainer. They help with everything!

Go to Thailand for a 3 week vacation. Go to the Burungrad hospital on sukumvit road. Doctors can set you up on a regimen that will set you straight. Total cost will be a few thousand but you will never regret it. If you want to see what they can do check their website. while you are there you can make some new friends. It will be the time of your life.

Hey we all have things we hate about ourselves. You'll be better off as you get older, the mannerisms you mentioned will improve naturally. I would start with the smoking area and not hormone shots, that does not sound healthy. Please don't think all girls like the same thing, we like all different people, one of my favorite men in the world sounds a lot like you.

You have to realize that it took you 28 years to get to where you are today. You will not change overnight, so don't expect it to happen fast. You have to start with one day and do the best you can to get the results you desire. Then once that day is done, you start all over the next day. Focus more on the now, instead of setting deadlines for yourself. Most of all, realize you are human and so is everyone else. Trust me, there is a lot going on with those people you view as beautiful that you wouldn't want to deal with in your own life. If you start accepting yourself, you will feel much better in general about life. Remember, you are going to be with yourself for a long time, there's no getting away from you, so why not get to know and love who you are? Focus more on your good qualities, I mean hey, you can put together a full sentence and seem to be somewhat intelligent. That's two things to focus on, and I don't even know you. Surely you can think of more to like about yourself than I can. Quit being a victim and take charge of yourself and your life. No one else can do it but you. Good luck!

theirs no need to hate the way you look.
GOD made you to be just who you are he didn't make us to be the same he made us all different in our own unique way. so stand up and be strong don't worrie about other people.

Get a workout buddy. Or you can join a YMCA. Not many big guys there. Take protein shakes(Makes a big difference). Tests on steroids are now revealing they have serious effects on ones mood (usually anger, violence) which might not mix with your bi pol. to well but I dont know. Do a lot of situps if your skinny you will see results pretty quick which will encourage you to work out on other things.

Are you Gay ? It doesn't matter if you are or not , but you have to first like yourself, In order for someone else to like you. You have to have a positive self image . I'm sure you are more attractive than you realize . If you are self conscious about your body and have a problem going to a Gym You can always buy a in home guy system and work out at home . I would recommend seeing a nutritionist to help with your diet . They will help you work on a weight gain plan and coordinate it with working out so you can gain muscle not fat . Don't be so hard on yourself . Best of luck
