No it doesn't make you fat. Water contains no calories or fat. You should drink lots of it for clear skin, shiny hair and general good health. Try to drink 2 litres a day.

Yes, fatass, it does.

where on earth did you come up with that? are you asking or telling us and what source did you use? i'm all for NO it doesn't make you fat.
Source(s):
common sense.

Nope. In fact I've been told that cold water can be a wake up call for you metabolisum in the morning as you wake up if it has enough chill to it.

I suppose the typical eskimo is proof of that.

Nope! makes u cool

No, there is no reason it would. Cold water is only different to hot water in that it's closer to becoming a solid, water as a solid, liquid or gas still has the same volume. If it's one specific volume to start off with and becomes solid, same volume, if it melts, and boils to become a gas, still same volume. No, it doesn't.

No. it's probably some of the nonsense that you hear now and then. it's actually the opposite as it lowers the body temperature and your body needs more energy to rise your core temperature again. (don't hink though that by drinking cold water you will lose weight)

i drink it everyday, but still i'm skinny

(m)

nope

No it doesn't. It is very good for you. When drinking ice cold water you can actually burns calories. It flushes out your bad toxins from your system. Your skin will become alot healthier and you will feel as though you have alot more energy!

Well it is more possible that you "lose" weight. If you drink cold water, your body have to warm it up to normal body temperature and in this process energy is used. But you can't become skinny because of drinking liters of cold water, because we are talking about little amount of energy, but it clearly shows, that there is no possibility to become fat because of cold water. (Sorry for my English, I hope I was understandable.)

I've never heard that one. I have heard many people claim drinking ice water isn't good for you, though, that room temp is best. Their theory was that it takes extra energy to warm up the liquid enough to digest-- that cold foods slow digestion and mess up the natural balance of your intestines.

nope, in fat it make you lose weight.
