How can I lower my blood pressure with out medication?

Question:
My blood pressure runs 145/80 to 175/90.

Answers:
Wow. That is pretty high. You can lower your blood pressure by:

1. Losing weight.
2. Exercising.
3. Eating the right foods.

However, with BP as high as that, you're probably stuck on the meds. Sorry.

Other Answers:
It depends on your age and weight. To lower your blood pressure decrease the salt in your diet. Don't add salt at the table cut out processed foods like cold meats hot dogs etc. Excercise regularly and loose some weight . Consult your doctor.

you can try natural remedies. find a local homeopathic doctor.

I highly recommend a book by Sherry Rogers, M.D. She explains the causes of hypertension and how to treat those causes (rather than ignoring cause and just treating the effect - hypertension). The book is called: "The High Blood Pressure Hoax". It is 'brand new' and presently only available direct from the publisher at 1-800-846-6687.

Best wishes and good luck!
