Work with your doctor, a nutritionist and possibly a counsellor to determine why you gain weight - if it's something as simple as altering your calorie intake and exercise regime or if there is a preceeding medical problem that could be affecting your body and the counsellor will also help with any emotional problems that may affect your eating habits.
As for what you can do yourself, try increasing your incidental movement - such as changing the tv channel by hand and not using the remote. Increase the amount of water you drink as well - it helps flush the toxins out of your system and replaces the sweat that you lose through increasing your movement!

There are only two methods of weight control scientifically proven to work (other than surgery), assuming that your weight gain is due to factors other than illness.

Eat less and exercise more. Walk at least an hour every day, any less than an hour does not burn fat. Go to a dietician and get a real dietary guidelines. Don't buy weight loss products, they don't work.

first u do some excersies like cycling and walking and take daily for midday lunch only 2 pulkas with more curry.and take night time only fruits.and drink water after completion of ur meals later 2hrs.and drink water daily atleast 2to 3 litres.and continue the exercises and check ur weight regularly i think u will reduce ur weight in with in 2months.and say bye to junk food.
