eat a lot, do a little. try a pnut butter sandwich at nite wiht a glass of chocolate milk. if you are having a problem with being too thin. talk to a dr to make sure that you dont have anohter more serious issue.(tapeworm, thyroid) be sure that you are healthy, dont try to destroy yourself.

the obvious answer is to eat more.but to gain healthy weight (muscle) try adding protein shakes and hig protein diets (fish) along with your workout - that will help you build lean muscle.

u should eat alot of fat and calories. also just plain eat alot.

Is it just weight u r interested in, or do u actually want to gain some muscles? I'd suggest u to start weight-training. That way u will gain some weight, but it will be in terms of new muscles.

lots of protein, meats, carbs.this is the healthiest way anyway. Eat right before you go to bed so your body doesn't have time to burn the food off. If you want to just gain weight, ice cream and fatty foods, but I wouldn't recommend limiting you diet to that.
