Don't know anything about Cider for burns, would be a good question to ask, however, I would, and have many times, used pure Aloe Vera. It cools, and heals. Aloe also reduces scarring, and is not harsh on your skin.

I wouldn't use vinegar at all, go to the drugstore, and get some aloe and use it liberally, vinegar I would think would just dry your skin out further and irritate it more. otherwise there are some spray local anesthetics you can buy, solarcaine, etc I would use those they would probably give you more relief
