I believe that the best choice should always be a natural one. Maybe you should look into getting energy from the food you eat. Personally I try to stay away from any kinda stimulant. The only experience I have had with the drug was that it made my sister feel sick. It made her heart race and palpitate that can't be a good sign. ;) And how many times have they legalized a drug and then taken it off the market because of problems? I'm a scaredy cat when it comes to medications.

Yes it is. Its natural form of ephedrine which is the main ingredient for making crystal meth. If you take enough of it you will get the same effects as using meth. It can have negative effects on the heart, and the rest of the body with heavy long term use. It works the same as meth, but on a lower level. It speeds up the central nervous system. After all the blood sugar is used the body will subsequently turn to its stored energy. You will loose weight at first, but once you stop the drug your metabolism will be low at first, thus the chances of putting on a lot of weight at that time is greatly increased. If you have any heart problems do not use it. As well do not use high doses, or use for long periods of time.
