i have a bad sunburn what do i do?

Go to the store and buy a sunburn ointment. It'll help alot. Also, buy some spray-on Aloe-Vera= it'll make your skin feel cool when you rub it on.

cold comresses, mix cold water with rubbing alcohol. This will cool you down. Aloe.real if possible but the fake stuff will do too.

this is what i was told to do and I did!
It's stinky but put vinager on the burn it will help relieve the stinging! Also drug stores have this tuff called aloe it's really cold and it helps too..but the vinager helps a lot.
and drink plenty of fluids (water) I ended up in the hospital with mine cause it was so bad and i was dehydrating! not fun!

DONT USE VINEGAR! My friend was sunburned badly on a beach trip when we were teens . A local told us vinegar and bye the time we got home 4 hours later her face looked like chez whiz.the Doctor said said that the vinegar made it worse.i don't remember what worked but i remember to not use vinegar

Also, on your nose, tops of your ears, etc. You can use Neosporin. Put it on, turn on a fan (the cool air stops the burn from deepening) and keep the house cool. Take a nap and by the time you wake up, the neosporin will have "sucked" the intense pain out. Use it on the worst parts, not all over.
aloe on the outside while staying in a cool place. it's a burn, so the best thing is to cool it. you can also take tylenol or ibuprofin to relieve the swelling and drink lots of water to get hydration back into the skin from the inside.
P.A.B.A., para amino benzoic acid from health food stores also aloe vera plant open leaf with knife rub its flesh on your flesh gently ,combine these two and you will sleep
