It's all relative. I would say that you may be carrying around a few extra pounds, but aren't "fat." Someone who is 5'3" and weighs significantly more than you would think that you were thin. All that matters is that you exercise regularly, eat right and have a BMI of less than 24%.

I am 5'3 and I weigh much more than that. That is actually my goal weight. I'd check with a physician to know if that weight is "fat" or not.

No, that is totally healthy for your height. Is it that you feel fat or do you feel unhealthy? A lot of people I talk to say they feel fat when really they mean "I have no energy, I sleep all the time, I get depressed easily, my body aches" etc. etc. A healthy diet and exercise never hurt anyone and if you feel "fat" (which you are not) this may help with your self-esteem. Talk to your doctor about developing a healthy eating and exercise plan.

Your doctor should be able to tell you if your in range. But as long as your healthy(eat right and exercise)who cares. HEALTH IS WHAT MATTERS MOST.
it depends on your age. if you're under 15, you're a little overweight. if you're over 15, you're fine. of course, you could just be muscular.
