If I hear you correctly, you're looking for a medication that will help you beat a urine drug screen. First off, there is no magic medicine that will detoxify your blood or urine and remove all illicit drug metabolites. Most likely, the drug you refer to is a diuretic. This only helps to dilute your urine by increasing urine production, output and several other factors. This can work SOME of the time (depending on numerous variables including: what drug you are trying to eliminate from your body, how long ago you took it, how much the drug binds to plasma protein, whether the drug/metabolites are lipophilic or hydrophilic, your weight, metabolism, H2O intake, etc.)
As you can tell, there are NUMEROUS factors at play here. While it is against my better judgment to help you with such a goal in mind, I also don't want you to hurt yourself trying to give a clean urine.
