I have been getting a pain from the tubing to my left testicle, its a dull pain, what could cause it?

It's normal for you to develope pain in your testicales from time to time. It's cause from having more sex than usual for you or pulled muscles from over active sex.

Many reasons it could happen, be safe and have it checked out..it could be cancer.
