Not really, but it's going to cause a lot of bruising and ugliness for a couple weeks.

Ever seen Nip/Tuck? Yeah, they did one for this older woman and her stomach was all bruised and nasty looking.

you should be prepared to do very little i.e. not even lift a kettle for a good three to four weeks after!! its also real expensive so why not get a gym membership and tone up instead?

i looked into it..the huge scar didn't seem worth it. sure i would have a nice stomach again, but i would be embarrased to take off my panties in front of anyone bc of the hip to hip scar that never goes away.
