If someone is blind from birth how do they visualise colours, we say the sky is blue, but what is blue?

they can't visualize colors. You have to be able to see a color before you can understand it. But what difference would it make to a blind person, anyway? If they can't see anything, the perception of color is meaningless.

good thinkin. i think they can see colors but the color names may get changed for them
