Stopping myself?

Question:
How can I stop myself from squeezing my zits. Its like an addiction please help? I have oily skin and spots how can I get rid of them the natural way without using expensive products?

Answers:
I have an oily skin too and pimples and blackheads but I've found a way to get rid of them. First of all you have to wash your face a lot and avoid touching it because your hands are all dirty and don't squeeze those things unless you want your skin to look horrible.
DON'T FORGET wash your face after exercising or doing whatever that makes you sweat.
The best products are tea tree oil products. Their results are amazing. Go to The Body Shop and buy a tea tree oil facial scrub and use it according to the instructions and if you have spots or blackheads on your nose use the tea tre oil nose pore cleaner. It works magic.
To get rid of your oily skin go to a pharmacy or something and buy : Evening primrose vegicaps. It's 100% natural and it has no side effects it will also reduce period pain.
Good luck!

Keep your face as clean as possible. Wash your face regularly throughout the day. It will help in a lot cases but if you suffer from extreme acne you may need to see a dermatologist

Here are some good tips to avoid acne:

-avoid stress
-wash your face 2-3 times daily
-always use a light moisturiser
-try not to pick on them (just don't be stuck in front of the mirror so often and you'll forget you even have them)
-eat lots of food that is rich in calcuim
-keep hair away from your face

Here is an infusion to use that will reduce zits:
-place 2 tspoon dried marigold, 2 tspoon dried chamomile and 500 mL of boiling water into a bowl. Cover, and allow to infuse overnight. Strain and store in fridge (stores upto a week)
-to use, heat till lukewarm;dip some clean cotton into it and press over troubled spot.
-do this after washing skin

Other than that, drink loads and loads of water(because this will seriously help!)
