and it can take anywhere from a day to a year to be able to get pregnant after going off of ortho-tricyclen. it just depends on how long it takes your body to realize that the pills aren't there saying "i'm already pregnant, no use dropping an egg this month!" LOL

vitamins are always good, but the pill stops ovulation. depending on your body and how long you were on the pill, it may take a year for your fertility to return. in the meantime, eat right, exercise, and get plenty of folic acid and vitamin D. good luck!

It took me about 4 months. But someone told me to help, after sex, put a pillow under your hips to tilt yourself back. Stay that way about 15 minutes. It helped me!
No, it won't help with GETTING pregnant. It will help your body adjust to being pregnant. And, it can take forever to get pregnant after being on the pill. Have you ever been pregnant? I would probably be easier/faster to get pregnant if you've had at least one successful pregnancy than if you naver had.
