I have trouble sleeping? Can anyone tell me of a natural sleeo aid that works fast?

I sleep somewhat but wake up with aniexty when I do.

i have insomnia too. the only thing that works work me is exersice and after that a nice warm shower.

try closing ur eyes and start thinking of things that interst you or things that happen during the day . u'll drift into sleep before you even realise it.. it works when that you're tired and cant fall asleep.. this works well for me..
