theres no pain or anything, and everything still works ok. ive tried like cream and there still there, there not really big at all so i dont know if its a big deal. what shoould i do?

ahhh! don't worry. i also have those, they scared the hell out of me when i was 18, when they appeared. i thought i had STDs as a virgin -.-;

This is quite normal. Its way to increase your partner's pleasure during intercourse. Just make sure they are not big enough during no-erection time. When its erect you can sense it by rubbing or seeing it.

Same thing happened to me, it's not an STD. Wasted years being a virgin because of it. They really should tell kids about this in sex ed.

Ok, so here's an obvious addition to the question. If you are young and don't have hair yet those bumps could be nothing more than the start of hair growth. If you have hair already, take a look at the answers here already, looks like it got covered.
