Has anybody had complications after having their gallbladder taken out?

Question: My wife had emergency surgery and she developed a leak that caused her diaphram to push up to her right lung. This caused the ling to partially collapse and two drians were put in her to remove fluid for the bile leak and the fluid around the lung. Now she has a hard time breathing and the diaphram is still pushed up to her lung even with no more bile in the area under the diaphram.

I had my gallbladder removed back in 2004 and had problems with having to go the restroom IMMEDIATELY after eating anything. It got to the point where I never wanted to go out and eat. I would also get very sick to my stomach after eating sometimes. I'm doing better now.but sometimes these things still happen. I never heard of what your wife is experiencing..why did she have an emergency surgery? Did a gallstone get into the pancreas?

Yes i have had complications, but my doctor just gave me some lung medicine.
