5'8, 225 lbs?


Question:
I am 5'7.5" and I weigh about 225. I've already lost about 10 pounds, but I want to lose about 20-30 more by summer. More if possible. What should I do?
I play tennis everyday, but I have timem to do more, I just don't know what.

tennis is also good, if ur running around and getting your heart pumping. drink alot of water, and eat healthy foods. more fruits n veggies, less desserts and snacks

Run until you can't run anymore! Then start walking :-)
The only way you will lose weight is if you are tired, since you get tired when you use your muscles, which requires an expendature of energy. If one muscle group gets tired (like from running) then use another (lift weights, do sit-ups).
It will be hard (it should be hard, not only is that better for your body but it builds your mental endurance), good luck.

well i have never been there but i lost like 40 lbs on the atkins diet but if you go on that diet u have to be on it for life if you get off it you will gain twice as much so you have to be really deticated to it and dont give up anyone can do it dont worry

You are quite obese, but it could be from normal growth, so I wouldn't worry about it till you are 16-18.
