With my hair texture do you think I will be employed at a cafe?

Question:
see picture
the staff and employer are white but i dont think that would matter
Theres been a few news reports that people are not being haired because of there hair texture or style.
I keep my hair neat & clean.

Answers:
Why not?
Provided you keep your hair clean and avoid hair-shedding.

Other Answers:
If you keep it neat, clean, and can put it in a hair net or hat, as required by uniform policies and the health department, then yes you can be hired. Also, it would help to state your willingness to do so. I often did NOT hire employees because they were not willing to wear the required uniform: hat, hairnet, NO false nails or nail polish of any kind, no glittery makeup, etc.

sure y not?

As long as you keep it neat and clean, then you wouldn't have any problems. You can always wear a hair net over it if you're on duty.

put the hair into handlebars so they can get good head and you will get hired for sure

ppl employ u,looking at ur efficiency or ur ability, not hair texture,so yea,it wudnt be a problem

While it is true that people hire for skill and attitude, first impressions also play a huge role. If your hair is outrageous or presents you as "uncaring" or "sloppy" a lot of people will pin you the same way. However, if your hair is neat then I cant see it being a problem. Good luck.

well, when your looking for employment your supposed to make yourself as presentable as possible, clean cut, wrinkle-free, clean shaving and well dressed. if i was an employer i wouldn't hire any one who came to me with braids in there hair, especially a man, and we are not going to go there about the dreads it's just not professional.

of course if ure hair is clean .silky shiny

all restaurant workers are required to wear net.i hope they don't discriminate against you
