It could be a bladder infection, yeast infection (yes men can get them too) or an STD which there are many of and most have the 'buring during urination' as a simptom.

I would check with a doc, or free clinic like Planted Parenthood to be sure. It doesn't necc.. mean you have a STD though.

If it's just started and continues, try drinking lots of water along with cranberry juice, and make an appointment with your doctor to confirm a urinary tract infection.

You could have something like chlamydia or ghonneria or even a urinary tract infection.but i'm no expert..i wouldsuggest seeing the doc asap

if you urinate constantly and pee out blood it is a urinary tract infection. if it is hard to urinate and it burns you have a bladder infection. both are agonizing and painful, drink cranberry juice and alot of water, but you need an antibiotic to make it totally go away.
