Question:

Answers:
Tea Tree Oil works good.

Other Answers:
after each meal or 2 to 3 times a day u can rinse ur mouth out with salt water have warm water too mix with it.

Warm salt water is best!! Use the madicine Kanka or Anbesol to numb the ache till the salt water heals the sores up!!

Or, you could apply salt directly on it.

Try not to use listerine too often as it kills the good and bad bacteria together. With the good bacteria gone, it'll take longer to heal.

Apply bonjela?

If a white layer forms on top of it, u have to remove it. It'll hurt though.
But, before that, rinse your mouth with listerine or salt, and gently use your toothbrush to brush the white layer away. It wont hurt that much.
Becareful. Mine bled a lil.

If the salt water doesn't work, then buy some zinc lozenges. Zinc helps cure & prevent canker sores.
Also, avoid acidic foods. They trigger canker sores.
PS-if you have any zinc tablets already (not lozenges, but tablets), you can chew one. But, before you swallow it (it'll be nasty as @#$$), swish it around in your mouth. That'll spread the zinc around your mouth.

Get more sleep, more laughing(like watching a funny movie), Vitamin C, anything that reduces stress.
