Go back to your doctor and ask him.the cold is probably from a virus not a bacteria, hence the antibiotic didn't help.. boost up the immune system with some vitamin C and Zinc (dr zinc drops) and get some robitussin DM or dylsem for the cough.. you are a prime example of antibiotic over use and resistance!

How can I make my hair less frizzy?
Call the doctor back again. He'll probably want to give you a chest xray. Also you may be put on antibiotics again or perhaps an inhaler until the cough is gone. This happened to my hubby this winter. Good luck to you!Wait a month in my opinion, and if your signs and symtoms still have not gotten any better or have only alittle better you should probably go for a follow up. But it is normal to cough and good for your body sometimes afterwards (3 month to a a couple of years!)since your body still has some fluids in its lungs.
But if you have no problems and no fluid in your lungs (you wouldn't know that with out a X-ray though.) you might just have a sorethroat since you been coughing for a while. Then you should just take some cough syrup or pills.
But I am not a Doctor so always ask a professional.
