What type of exercise can i do?


Question:
I have no bum and really thin legs. When i put on weight I gain it on my stomach straight away. I know what I can do to easily to tone up my stomach and upper body. That seems to happen easily. But I want to make my bum bigger and legs not so skinny! I have a straight up and down body and no waist definition. So i want to look curvier!! Can anyone make any suggestions?

Running, and go to a gym and ask a trainer about different leg excersizes.

Swimming is good for all over toning. To bulk up the bottom, do squats at the gym with more weight than usual (high weights, low repetitions).

go and sign up at 24 hour fitness you tell them what you want to do with your body and they will help you reach that goal but showing you what exersize equipment to use and for how long and they also take your weight and show you how to eat better and everything it is so tottaly worth it. i hope this helps you.
