I need advise for SEVERE menstrual cramps.?
Question:
Answers:
I researched your problems. I came up with this thing, and you might have menorrhagia. Although I have a heavy period, my cramps probably aren't nearly as bad as yours. You should go to a OB/GYN and schedule an appointment to see if you have that.

I also get them really really bad so what i do is take some naproxen sodium (its a pain reliever), and get a heating pad and lay down with the heating pad over my stomach and sleep or just lay there. it works for me.
You should really go to a gynocologist--oh, and try to get prescription muscle relaxers, they help.
based on your narration of your severe menstrual cramps, you need medical treatment by your gynecologist. based on common experience, if you work in an airconditioned office try to keep warm, or if there is cold weather keep warm, wear socks, try heating pad, take some pain pills like prescribed motrin, if you can manage to exercise, do some exercise (ask your gyne cologist on kind of exercise), if caffeine is not bad for you, drinking coca cola helps release the menstrual flow and ease the pain.
