Question:

Answers:
the nerve that makes you squint is really close to the the one that makes you sneeze. So, when look at the sun, or a bright light, it makes you squint and if you have to sneeze, it will help it along.

If you sneeze everytime you look at the sun, you have a problem.

You do??

i don't know?

its simply the way ur muscles in ur face work. by squinting your eyes u open up passages in ur nose, which causes u to sneeze. thats why alot of ppl look at a stong light when they feel a sneeze lingering.

btw, you shouldnt be staring at the sun too long!

Shanan is kinda correct. The occular nerve is very close to the olfactory nerve. If a stimuli is intense enough a large number of occular nerves are involved in carrying the messege to the brain and can cause a "missfire" in the olfactory nerve.
