Love is omnipresence, Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.

After you are done washing your face and are ready to dry it, do NOT rub your face with the towel. Pat it dry.

i had acne, one thing I'd suggest would be is go to a dermatologist, and wash your face at least 2 times a day.

Try using Glycerine Soap
At the moment I'm trying Oxy gel I think it is, seems to be working.
Also Clean n Clear wipes work well on the face.

i will say again.
PERSA-GEL.. by johnson and johnson.

i get it REALLY bad if i have a bad week, diet wise, eg; XMAS time i looked like a pizza, too many chocs etc. otherwise it seems to be fine, when i was a teenager i had it almost all the time, i never actually found anything that worked to fix it though, just had to wait til i outgrew it.

Honestly, I was going through the same phase for awhile and I purchased ProActive and it has worked wonders! I have been using it for 6 months now and just recently got my first one since then. I have been on vacation and negleted to use it then so I am assuming that is why. Hope this helps!

use proactiv. i know somebody who used to look like a tomatoe (due to all his acne) and since he used to prodeuct he looks normal

Acutane(sp?). Or other medications. Use regular bar soap, not stupid expensive facewashes.

ok.honestly my chin and cheeks were so nasty a week a ago, and when i got my proactive stuff in the mail i started using it that same night and i swear to you that my face got so much better in two days!! right now its looking great and it feels so soft!!

Well, I use ProActiv* Solution(which ranges from $20-$50). But, if you cannot afford that, there is always a generic brand that you may purchase @ Wal-Mart which is called Acne Free(whole pack for $15). That works wonders too.

If you cannot afford that, try Ivory soap( it contains no fragrance or color), morning and night, pat dry w/ towel and moisturize w/ facial fragrance free lotion.

when you wash your face, don't use a soap that is too strong. if you get rid of all the natural oil in your face, then the body will panick and start producing even more oil. wash your face atleast 2 times a day. one in the morning and one at night. using products might also help, just don't use too much. and remember, the more expensive the products are, the more likely that it will work.

this may sound silly, but you have to cleanse what's inside before you have a clear skin. how? going back to basic - make sure you have no problem going to bathroom. having a healthy intestine is very important so you will not have any wastes inside your body. On method I've found work well is drink a large glass of warm water every morning, before you eat anything so your stomach is totally empty. the warm water should stimulate your intestine and very soon, you will need to go to the bathroom. Again, clean what is inside, then you will notice that outside will be more clear.

Acne is an evil thing, but in my personal experience it's been one that goes away if you ignore it, yet remain concienscious enough to keep in mind healthy behaviors. Picking at your face makes it worse, just like ignoring it compeltely makes it worse. Here are some tips I've learned:

I use Irish Spring soap. I like the smell and the clean feeling I get using it. But then I found out that it actually dries the skin out too much, and can be too rough on the face, and can worsen acne. So try to use a mild soap on your face.
Focus on not touching your face with your hands. Ever. This is the hard part, because most people do it without thinking. But think about it. Your hands constantly produce grease/oil, and rubbing your face with it is just as bad as rubbing crisco on it. In my experience, I've noticed that even leaning on my hand during a boring class in school leads to acne along my chin. The better I got at not touching my face with my hands, the better my face got.

Also, advice with creams and facial cleansers: I've used them extensively, then I've not used them for several weeks at a time, and I rarely notice a difference.

More important factors include cutting greasey food out of your diet, not touching your face with your hands, and not stressing out as much. (Stress=pimples too!)

One thing that worked for part of my face was to let my bangs grow out. The zits disappeared on my forehead. But just a couple of weeks ago, my hair stylist gave me a new hairdo and bangs again and I have an infestation again.

I have never tried ProActiv and have wondered about it. Maybe I will buy some and give it a whirl. I have never had much success curing my acne..and I am , well, over 40.

wel i do but i use proactive and oil soultion from olay! it's really healthy

Try Mary Kay's Velocity line if you are 25 or under. Timewise if you are over 25. It is wonderful and much cheaper. Plus you personalized service from a MK consultant

Try the Clear Skin Regimen by Acne.org, I set a goal of three months for myself last April and stuck with it, after a month my skin was completely clear, and since I set a goal farther away it was easier to achieve, as I didn't have my hopes up for a quick fix.

Continue to use the Proactiv Solution But try getting a microdermabrasion in between like once a week. And, use the mask more often and it should clear up after that.

I use Lever 2000 bar soap. I also use Neutrogena cleansing cream, as well as Duoc gel to apply acne. I used to use ProActive - pretty strong stuff - I just don't use them.

To give another option .I have acne problems on my face neck and back area. I went to my doctor ,He gave me an atibiotic that cleared it up . Hope one our suggestions work!

i went to a dermatologist and got creme and gel stuff to put on my face every night and morning. i also use cetaphyl face wash, it works really well but can also dry out your face. i did use proactive for a while, but it didn't really work for me, so i would recommend seeing a dermatologist like i did.

I use to have acne so bad I was embarrassed to go out of the house. My face was literally covered. I tried every over the counter medicine there was. I went to many different doctors and was perscibed many different medicines. NOTHING WORKED.So I stopped taking any medicine and starting going to the tanning bed. The first time I went my face started to clear up immediately. It was amazing and now my face is clear. I go tanning a couple times a week it keeps my face acne free.

did you mention this to proactiv.

ProActiv is not a cure to acne or any skin problems just something to keep it from forming while in practice of using cleansing.
