Other Answers:
You increase the function of the kidneys by actually using them. This means drinking more fluids. Specifically, drink more water. A LOT of water. Think about how much water you should be drinking and actually are drinking, and then multiply that by six.

I think you need to ask a doctor.

youd have to attach an extra artery George LOpez the comedian was dying from kidney failyure and his wife not only was a perfect match she had a natural super kidney with an extra artery but try lots of water

A heating pad would increase circulation but ask doc first.

Please consult with a physician. That is probably the best you can do for now.

Do NOT use a heating pad, this does not affect renal (kidney) blood flow. Good hydration is important, but over-hydration in people with poor kidney function can be dangerous.

If one of the kidneys has a blockage in its artery, there is an option of "stenting" it, popping it open with a hollow metal tube. You should see a nephrologist (kidney doctor) to discuss the risks and benefits if this is the problem.
