If you aren't talking dirt cheap, a lot of bridal shops also carry prom dresses. They have some pretty hot dresses. Some may even have good sales going. Never hurts to hit the mall either!

ummm..?? i think you should get it at a bridal shop because they have some prom dressess there!! they r really pretty and hot!! but one thing.. THEY COST A LOT!
