Six months after my son was born, and I still can't get motivated, anyone have any pointers?

Question:
My son turned six months last week, and I still can't seem to lose the last 15 pounds. Not only can I not lose that last bit, I can't even find the ambition to work out. Can you guys give me some pointers for getting back into the groove? What do you do to get excited about working out, and what are some of your favorite moves for core and back strengthening and toning?

Answers:
Join a gym.try getting friends to do it with you.it'll help motivate you to go every week, or how ever many times you go each week.

If you can go back to work it sometimes takes that to get you back in the real world or it did with me anyway !

For motivation make sure with your doctor that you do not have post-partum depression. Strap your baby on your back with the carriers they sell and walk.your baby will love it and you will feel better. Do it of the morning before you have time to talk yourself out of it. It helps some with the motivation too.

the last bit of weight that you want to loose is always the hardest mix it up alittle, go for a run, swim, take a dance class or involve your son into your work out by walking wiht him in a pram

my son is 18 months I put on 4 stone! and suffered with post natal depression time in this case is a great healer trust me it was for me

try reading Jean Antonello's book "How to become naturally thin by eating more" - that last 15 pounds is probably your bodies way of trying to defend you against the new stresses in your life- no matter how wonderful they are and no matter how much you love 'em, babies are stressful.

During birth a lot of minerals are used up by the body. Your body is run down and needs rejuvenating. A mineral suppliment containing a wide variety of NATURAL minerals will do wonders for your motivation and your health in general. It will get you out and walking without feeling like you want to drop on the pavement.
