How long after a five year old loses her first tooth should it take the new one to grow in?

Question:

Answers:
Varies sometime the adult teeth are visble upon loss of the primary tooth. if the tooth was lost traumatically or due to caries it can take up to 1 year or more. they should be under the care of dentist.

Other Answers:
it depends but it took my daughter a long time around 6 months to fully come in

about 7 months at the most

not long if it fell out on its own, the new tooth pushed it out. So maybe a month or two could be less.

that depends if the tooth fell out naturally or whether it was helped out by a desperate 5year old child in the hope of a visit from the tooth fairy. if it fell out unaided then the new tooth should already be coming through the gum however if it was helped out the new tooth obviously isn't quite ready and it will take a while longer.either way loosing a tooth and gaining a new one is a long process and takes several weeks and even months before the tooth is fully in place.

It depends how she lost it, did it fall out naturaly or did she have some problems(such as bottle rot). If it fell out naturally then there is a new tooth right behind it and depending on the location it took my kids from 1 1/2 months to 3 for them to come in.
