Why does my 20 month old son keep getting nose bleeds?

you shouldn't be askin this question online, you should contact his pediatrician..nose bleeds can be related to any number of things. Worst case scenario..brain tumor, but more likely things would be like dry air (get a humidifyer), he may have a deviated septum that exposes his veins and arteries in his nose, making it easier for them to burst and begin to bleed out.

Several reasons for this. By all means have pediatrician check him out. Try site below. In the meantime, do you have heat above 65 degrees F. at nite? If so, lower heat and put small amount of Vaseline inside nostrils.

Tell him to stop picking his nose. They are not magic nose goblins or lunch.

Although it could be something as simple as the air in your home is too dry. You're obviously concerned that he's had several nosebleeds. Have you called your pediatrician? I would encourage you to have him checked out.
