Diarrhea without stomach ache?
I got strep throat a week ago. A few days into it I started getting diarrhea. I felt a little sick to my stomach also. Now, I still have it but I feel completely fine.

If its constant diarrhea it could be a medical condition called inflamatory bowel disease or IBM,if it dont go away within a week you should seek medical condition right away.
