There are possible side effects from any medication. This should be discussed with your doctor.

effects of anestesia can last for a couple of days post surgury.. fatigue.groggyness, nausia, vomitting are all possible sideaffects of local anethesia. if it continues for a few more days, give your doctor a call.
You don't say specifically which anesthetic was used but I'm going on the assumption that it was either lidocaine or a newer med, Ropivacaine, used for nerve blocks, which seems more likely in your case. A common adverse effect of both is stupor and two less common effects are lethargy (that tired, dragged out feeling) and somnolence (sleepiness). Nausea and vomiting are not associated with local anesthesia. Any effect of the local should have worn off by now. If what you are experiencing is an actual effect of the local, then perhaps some of the med is still in your system or you simply have a hypersensitivity to it. Give it a few more days and try to get plenty of rest.
