I've tried all the diets. They're all extremely hard to follow. I have never been a person to eat healthy. The methods I tried and have actually worked are diet pills and exercise. And it helps to bet someone some money that you will lose the weight. I know it sounds crazy. But one year at work I bet three friends forty bucks each that I would lose 20 pounds in one month. And I did it. I won 120 dollars and lost 20 pounds. Motivation works. I also lost 20 pounds from L A Weight Loss. It's motivating to me because I go in every week and weigh in and I have to lose two pounds a week. I'm paying a lot of money for it, so I make sure those two pounds are gone every week. Quick fixes never work. So unless you have a major event to attend, you should chose the most effective route. Cut out all junk food and start exercising. I still eat all the foods I have always ate but I eliminated ALL junk food. Lowering your carb intake also works. It's also important to cut down on your sugar intake. It also help to set a goal date. Make a commitment to yourself, make a bet to someone, and get going.

ok,i will get serious now..diet need time..unless you do surgery. if you have spare money, you can go to a licensed diet company like weight watchers..if you really dont wanna spend that much money. you can always do exercise(a lot of them, but make sure you dont over do it, or fat will become muscle), and eat healthy(eat mainly veg,everythingcook with salt and water only), n dont drink any alcohol.these will help you lose some weight. :-)
