Am I the only person who gets hungry after drinking slim fast?

im full of milk or a minute or two then i really want somthing to eat-im sure this is normal. but i drink it because its good for you not to diet.
I have tried slim fast a few times. My problem was it went through my system fast. Then I got hungry. I have trouble getting people to try my plan because they try to compare it to slim fast. I am on the Herbalife plan and the best part is I control my hunger and I feel great. It stays in my system and I feel full longer. I never lost weight with slim fast. I did with Herbalife. I lost 35 pounds in two months and lowered my blood pressure. It is the best.
